Training programmes designed by experienced trainers allow you to have an individualised systematic workout plan. A programme consists of at least two training sessions. Each programme has a detailed description with information about the number of sessions, dates and times, level, calories burned in each session, and the total duration of all the sessions.

Joining a training programme
To join a training programme, find the programme of your choice and click Join. Before clicking, check if there are available places, whether the dates and times are suitable for you as well as the price of the programme. Remember that you are joining a whole training programme and you can only do this before it starts.
Creating a training programme
Training programmes can only be created by a trainer.
