In order to use the training room you need to have a computer connected to the Interned and a webcam, or a laptop with a built in webcam.
Suggested system requirements:
Internet speed – min. 2Mbit/s
Camera – standard webcam, however, the better the parameters, the better visible you will be to the trainer which is quite important, especially during personal sessions.
Screen resolution – min. 1024x600 , with this resolution you will be able to see the whole training room when adjusted to full screen view (Clock, sound and image functions)
Speakers – standard built in or stand-alone speakers
Web browser – we suggest Internet Explorer 8 or newer, new versions of Firefox, Chrome, Opera or Safari
