Fitness exercises do not have to take place in clubs and empty our wallet. We may as well exercise at home, the only condition being self-motivation. For this reason, even if done at home, the exercises should be supervised by an experienced trainer. In the case of very intensive exercises, it is worth consulting a physician. In any case, it is better to start with less demanding exercises and slowly but effectively build up the physical form.
